By using RentReceipt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
RentReceipt provides document templates and PDF generation for rent receipts and related landlord paperwork. Documents are tools for your own records. They are not legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for a lawyer or accountant.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information on documents you generate.
- Do not use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
- Ensure generated documents meet any local legal requirements that apply to you.
Payments & licenses
Paid plans are billed in EUR via Stripe. Receipt Pack credits are consumed when clean PDFs are downloaded. Landlord Pro is an annual subscription unless cancelled. Demo mode may be enabled in development environments and does not charge a real card.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RentReceipt is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between landlords and tenants, regulatory penalties, or damages arising from reliance on generated templates.
