Privacy policy

RentReceipt (“we”) provides online document generation tools for landlords. This policy explains what data we process.

Data we process

• Receipt and document fields you enter (processed to generate PDFs; not stored on our servers by default).
• Payment and billing details handled by Stripe when you purchase.
• Optional email address for purchase receipts and license delivery.
• Basic product analytics (page views, checkout starts, downloads) used to operate and improve the service.

Cookies

We use an HTTP-only license cookie after purchase to unlock clean PDF downloads on your browser. Essential cookies required for checkout and security may also be set by Stripe.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process purchase data to perform a contract, and analytics on the basis of legitimate interests in understanding product usage. Where consent is required for non-essential tracking, we will request it.
